Do you disassemble beds and washing machines?
Yes, if we disassemble beds or washing machines, we will automatically reassemble them at your new address.

Will my possessions be wrapped on the truck?
Yes, all items are wrapped in removalist pads. Mattress protectors are also available at no charge.

Do you carry pot plants?
Yes, if we are able to fit pot plants on the truck. For the protection of your possessions, we suggest you do not water your plants for two days prior to moving.

Is there anything you can’t carry on your trucks?
Yes. Due to the Dangerous Goods Act, we are forbidden to carry flammable goods, gas bottles, paint, oils, pressure packs, petrol and pesticides. Please empty any fuel from lawn mowers and whipper snippers if you would like us to transport these items.

Should I empty my fridge and freezer?
Yes, you will need to empty the fridge. You may not need to empty your freezer in some instances – this can be discussed upon application. Some fridges have glass shelves and these will need to be removed and secured.

Can you move my piano?
Though we are not piano movers, we can move your piano provided there are not many steps involved or steep slopes.

Can you transport my car or boat?
Yes, we are able to if the requirements are met. This will incur additional charges.

Can you transport my pet?
We have transported pets, though this will need to be discussed upon application.
